The business activities of "Banachhode Group" began with a small Oil Mill namely, Chandrashekhar Oil Mill, during the year 1957.

The modest beginning initiated by Late Shri. Shankarrao Banachhode, has further continued along with his son Mr. Shivpal Banachhode by setting up a complete infrastructure incorporating mainly oil expelling and refinery in large scale.

Located in southern part but closer to Mumbai Port, having an advantage of thickly Soybean Meal, Sunflower, Sugar cane, Agricultural Food Products, Agro Product, Wheat Flour, Pharmaceutical Raw Materials, Food Products, Poultry Ingredients, Sesame Seeds, Cotton Seeds, Groundnuts, growing belts around. Ports closer are Mumbai, JNPT, NSICT, Karwar, Goa etc...

In view of Globalisation, the group has established an Export division in the year 1997 to go GLOBAL. Excellent support has come to the door of Group in their continuing performance. Group has already exported more than 25 commodities to more than 25 countries so far. And continuously in successful efforts to broadening international market for it?s products.
